John Nyongesa laid a flower
I have always known of you for ages. I know you through your daughter Vicky, your son Tei, and later on your elder son and girls. I know you through amazing narratives of strength, of courage, of adventure. Stereotypes have nothing on you. A strong, purposeful woman. You did well. You've done well. You live in your offspring. So evidently. To Vicky my friend, you are your mother's daughter. Strong in will, striving, eyes on the prize. Be proud of her. She is proud of you. Take care of each other as you so amazingly have shown.
Rest in peace Mathe. Your work here is done.

May the Almighty God grant Jane Ruth Kimotho - mum, eternal rest in His heavenly kingdom.
It felt like I knew you for the longest time. From some conversations and at your birthday event, I learnt a lot from your strength and approach to life.
Rest with the Angels...

David Gatende told a story
Our last memory of Aunty Jane was a very happy one as we were celebrating her 80th birthday. She encouraged us to continue loving one another and to live for Jesus.
She will be remembered as a loving, generous and jovial person who was always challenging us to do better, rise up and move on.
May the Lord allow her to rest in peace.

Aunty Shem, as I would call her always found ways to leave nuggets of wisdom to all who she spoke to.
I felt so welcome, joining the family and will always remember how she loved, challenged and cared for family.
May God comfort us all at this time as we celebrate a real matriarch!
