The Services allow you to create an online memorial for a lost loved one, which is available for viewing by all our visitors UNLESS the User or administrator of the memorial selects a privacy setting that restricts public access. When you post a message to any message board, blog, or other public forum provided by the Services, your user name that you are posting under may be visible to other users, and you have the ability to post a message that may include personal information.

We use the information we receive about you, and/or the information you provided concerning the lost loved one for which you are acting as a User and/or administrator of an online memorial, in connection with the services and features we provide to you and other users like your friends, our partners, and the advertisers that purchase ads on the site. to protect User’s or others' rights or property;

Deletion
When you delete an account, it is permanently deleted from User. It typically takes about one month to delete an account, but some information may remain in backup copies and logs for up to 90 days. You should only delete your account if you are sure you never want to reactivate it.
