From our son Ivan you were always his hero, too many memories to put down as you were my first love,we lived a rom com everyday,the 15 years I have known you,you have been a blessing,we have grown from our late teenage years to adulthood and now to parenthood.I met you as a young parent and admired this greatly, the light in your eyes whenever you'll talk about your son,I knew from the word go you were a great dad, five years later when we had our son,even before we pre-corona you made everyone use sanitizer at the hospital and still you wouldn't let anyone touch our son even the grandmother until I woke up.You stuck with me at the hospital, didn't take a shower,sneaking around the nurses for 3 days until they had to chase you away all this came to one thing,on how protective you were as father and to your family.
You were a good negotiator ,Lord you would negotiate our break ups like a peace keeping mission,a gentleman through and through,a loving father,hard working always with business ideas,resilient,focused and with calm energy.You took on your illness with bravery,smiled and always in great spirits we even bonded on our common illness Ashthma ,our doctor joked if we met at Asthmatic Anonymous,Thank you for sharing your soul with us,it will never die.

You were a great father to my nephew Christian .I remember the last time we spoke ,you were a strong person .I kept on asking Christian whether he has spoken to you or visited you ,even the last Sunday I told him to say hello when he visits .Not knowing that the following morning would get the sad news . I just remember praying for you that morning you left ,but to receive a phonecall you are gone.When I visit Kenya will come and lay a flower .But we promise the way you loved your son will continue with the duties .you were a strong person ,caring dad and thank you for the love you poured to your son.praying for your parent .Miriam

Derro, bro we were born months apart and hang out alot as kids, i remember seeing you at Catholic Parochial running chasing me around the roundabout witht the cross, but i can't recall why ????. Our paths crossed now and then in our adult years as we had a number of mutual friends.
I loved your trademark afro and kind of hated when you cut it, but we must grow.
Seeing you fight this over the past few years was not easy but through it all you managed to keep a smile on your face. You may have faded from life but you will never fade from my mind.
