EARLY LIFE AND FAMILY
The late Peter Ndungu Njoroge was born in Londiani, Kericho County on 25th May 1958. He is the first born son of Hannah Wambui Njoroge. He is a brother to Lucy Wangare,Jane Wairimu, Sarah Nduta and the late Stephen Njoroge. He is a cousin to many, Uncle to Benson Mwangi, Ann Nyambura and Esther Wambui (U.S). He is a Grandfather to Hansel Munene and Teresa Wanjiru and Nyla Ruel Mwangi.

EDUCATION
In 1966 he started his Primary Education at Kileleshwa Primary in Nairobi County but later moved to Drys Primary School in Uasin Gishu in 1972, where he did his CPE exams. In 1973 He went to Equator High School in Thika Town, Kiambu County. Later in 1975 he moved to Panfrica High School where sat for his O-levels in 1976.

WORK
In 1977 He joined Ministry of Water Training Institute where he trained in plumbing and pipe fitting. After His training he was posted to Mwea and later worked in Isiolo, Wajir, Mandera, Marsabit, Modogashe Etc. 
 After retiring from Civil Service he set up his own company Penju Water Works where he worked until his demise.

RELIGION
The late Peter Ndugu was a staunch Member of Catholic Church. He was baptized in 1974 in Thika, Kiambu County while in Form two at Equator High School. 
He received his first Holy Communion St Patrick Catholic Church Thika in 13/9/1974. He was confirmed  in 21/9/1974. He was a member of St Padri Pio small community church. He was also a member comforting group( he comforted the mourners) He volunteered to bring so many people to sacraments( baptismals,weddings) He was empathetic to the people as he helped the needy selflessly. He was a very active member of the church.

SICKNESS
On 1st October 2023 early in the morning the Late Peter Ndungu attended mass as Usual in his home area church.  When he came back home he complained of Chest pain and a he collapsed. He was rushed to Brother Andre hospital Dandora where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. He died at the age of 65.
