Patrick Mungai

BIRTH AND LIFE

The late Patrick Mbugua Mungai was the first born to Samuel Mungai Flesia and Mary Muthoni Mungai born on the 22 of August 1994 in Lusegitti ,Kikuyu Kiambu county. Patrick was brought up in a humble Christian background where he served. His siblings are Martin Njoroge Mungai, Solomon Kioi Mungai, and Fleciah Njeri Mungai.

He was an outstanding child and always brought joy to the family. He had a brilliant hardworking personality even at his place of work in the few companies he managed to serve. He had good social skills and always brought smiles to his family and friends through his contagious smile and giggles.

His aunties and uncles are Rose Ruai, Mary Ruai, Zakayo Gichuru, Wallace Ndungu, Nickorus Waweru, John Njoroge, Late Samuel Kamau, Thomas Wangong'u respectively.

He was a brother in-law to Raymond Kasyoki, Emmanuel Mutuku and Gladies Nyokabi.

He was nephew to Milka Thuo,Rose Thuo,Mary Thuo,Zakayo Kioi,Wallace Ndung’u,Nicholus Waweru, Lucy Njeri, John Njoroge, Thomas Wangang’u and the late Samuel Kamau.

He was cousin to Fraciah Kimani,Leah ,Mungai,Kioi , Njenga , Fraciah Waweru, Paul Kamau, Valentine,Mwangi, Paul Waweru, James, Murira, Kamau Zetec, Kinyanjui, Njoroge, Karanja Nyambura 
and Kamau Njoroge. 

He was an uncle to Ethan, Mungai, Milka & Nia and a  Grandson to Fraciah Mungai and Joyce Nyambura.

EDUCATION 
Patrick did his K.C.P.E at Jasipa Primary School Ruai in the year 2008. He later sat for his K.C.S.E in the year 2012 at Blue Hills Academy. He later pursued his diploma at Bells Institute in 2016. (Diploma in Graphics Design and Diploma in 3D Animation)

RELIGIOUS BACKGROUND 
He was a keen Christian and got introduced to the church at a young age. He served P.C.E.A Ruai Central Parish Church where he was confirmed and baptized on the 20th of Dec 2009.He joined other different churches and later joined in which he met his demise.

CAREER
Patrick began his career at a young age, working for Danka Investments. He later joined college where he started off as a graphics teacher at Bells Institute. He worked with different companies in the 3D animation and graphic design sector. He later joined Skytop Technologies as a graphics designer and social pages manager. He was working for Nyumbani Concepts right before he met his death.

MARRIAGE AND FAMILY
He was a loving husband to Catherine Mutuku Mbugua. He was also an adoring father to Salmon Mungai Mbugua and Tamar Muthoni Mbugua. Despite the demanding nature of his career, he was 
always available and dependable to his family. Being a dad to his young family he always made time for them as his greatest treasure and prioritized time for them till he met his sudden death.

ILLNESS
Patrick was healthy and developed some complications on Wednesday the 14 of June 2023 and was hospitalized where he met his sudden death after a short illness on the 19th of June 2023. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
