Lucy Waithera Mwangi Kioni

It is with humble acceptance and the will of God that we announce the demise of Lucy Waithera Mwangi – Kioni, Who went to be with the Lord on 13th June 2024 in  Mwiki, Kiambu County. 

Lucy was the loving daughter to Francis Mwangi Karanja and Mary Nungari Mwangi.

Loving daughter-in-law to Mr Patrick Njui Kihumba and Mrs Mary Wandia Njui.

Cherished wife to Esau Kioni Njui.

Loving mother to Patrick Njui, Ethan Mwangi and Angel Eloise Wandia.

Doting sister to Hannah Njeri Mwangi and Issac Karanja Mwangi.

She was the sister-in-law to  Mr and Mrs Andrew Kihumba Njui, Mr and Mrs Fredrick Kaguongo Wagura (Rebecca Njui), Mr and Mrs William Ndung'u Njui , Simon Francis and Beatrice Francis.

Family and friends are meeting daily to Celebrate Lucy’s life at DO’s Hall in Githurai 45, Blessed Hope PCEA Githurai 45 and at St Andrew’s PCEA in Nairobi.

There will be memorial service to honour Lucy’s life on Monday 24th June 2024 at PCEA- Mukinyi, Githurai 45.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Tuesday 25th June, 2024 then proceed for the burial that will held in Munyange, Othaya in Nyeri County.
