Lilian Waithera

It is with profound grief and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Lilian Waithera Karanja (Mama Safi) on Wednesday, 30th August 2023 to rejoin her heavenly maker and gain her wings with the Angels.

Loving daughter to the late Suleiman Kaguku Muchai and late Njeri Njeru

Lilian was a dear wife to the late John Karanja Mbugua.

Sister to the late (Peris Wangari, Priscilla Wanjiru, Wambui, Kamau, Nganga, Njuguna, Karigo).

She was sister in-law to Mary Nduta Githiri

Loving mother to Suleiman Muchai, Benjamin Mbugua, David Ndungu, Late Francis Nganga, Susan Njoki, Joseph Nganga , Ann Njeri, Stephen Kinganga and Peris Wangari. She was a grandmother to John Karanja, David Gitau, Lilian Waithira, Lilian Kinganga, Lilian Muchai, John wa Nganga, Karanja wa Njoki, Lilian wa Joseph, Lilian wa Njeri, Karanja wa Wangari amOng others.

The burial shall be at her home in Machakos county, Kithimani-Yatta on Saturday, 9th September 2023.
