FINAL JOURNEY LIFE

On 18th March 2024, Mwendwa and her classmates at Kenyatta University left for an educational trip to Mombasa. She was so excited and looking forward to this trip and she virtually traveled with family and friends on this trip, updating and video-calling throughout the journey. Her last post went like “Mombasa, here I come!”. Destination Mombasa was so close yet so far as it was never to be! Shortly after talking to her mum at around 4.30pm on this fateful day, they were involved in a road accident where she met her untimely death. Rest well Mwendwa, we know that we will see you again one day. Your life's journey is over and you are physically gone from us, but you will never ever be forgotten.
